Job Description

Responsible for providing exceptional customer service, restoring hail damaged vehicles back to original condition. Repair minor and major dents and door dings. Maintain a clean and safe work space. Perform other duties to assist the team, as assigned.  Will be asked to be mobile at times for repairs.

Skills and Qualification Required

• Must have at least 2 years expiring as PDR technician
•  Able to meet and/or exceed commitments and deadlines
• Work with others well to meet shared goals
• Valid driver’s license needed to be able to operate customer vehicles on the roadway
•  Have a customer centered mindset weather working with internal or external customers
• Ability to communicate clearly weather thru phone, in writing or in person
• Have the tools and supplies to do the job
